Originally founded at Stygga Castle in Ebbing, the School of the Cat became famous (and infamous) for rejecting the policy of neutrality that is widely observed by most witchers. Cat School witchers have earned the praise of common folk and rulers alike for their willingness to accept clandestine missions and to slay all manner of monsters — the human variety not excluded. Known for their cruelty and aggression, Cats cast a dark cloud over the reputation of all witchers. In their training, they ceaselessly hone their swordsmanship skills, relying on crippling attacks and wearing light armor in order to maximize speed and agility. Deadly precision is critical, whether that means a blade from behind or a crossbow bolt from afar.
